When you send an enquiry
We receive the name, email address, message and any optional organisation, telephone or machine details you provide. We use them to respond, assess your request and discuss relevant products or services. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.
The form delivers messages to our Gmail inbox through the configured email service. The website does not maintain a separate customer database or public record of enquiries. Email providers process messages to deliver and store them. We keep relevant correspondence as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting customer relationship.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information such as IP addresses, request details and security signals to deliver and protect it. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and submission limits to reduce automated abuse. Security verification must succeed before a form message can be sent.
We have not added advertising, visitor analytics or marketing cookies. The security services may process information necessary to prevent abuse. Read Cloudflare’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information for their services.
Forma2D and your drawings
Forma2D is a separate application. Its drawing demo keeps projects and images locally on your device; account-based access has its own service arrangements. See the Forma2D privacy and local-storage information before using it.

Only provide information needed for your enquiry. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Please do not send sensitive records, account passwords or payment details through this form.
