Built around your machine
A custom baseplate or mounting arrangement can retain existing fixing positions where practical. Space, clearances and access are assessed before the final design is agreed.
LASER SOURCE REPLACEMENTS
RF sources, glass CO₂ tubes and mounting conversions, specified around the laser system you already own.
From a suitable replacement tube to an alternative source on a custom adapter, we assess the machine and agree the right scope before the work begins.
Replacement sources and conversions: POA.
01 / RF LASER SOURCES
Explore a suitable source for your existing cutting and engraving system.
We assess the original laser and the machine around it: available space, mounting positions, optical layout, cooling and electrical interfaces. Where an alternative source is appropriate, an engineered mounting conversion can form part of the proposal.
The replacement is selected for the application and the complete machine configuration. Compatibility is confirmed individually.
How a mounting conversion works02 / GLASS CO₂ TUBES
Replacement glass CO₂ laser tubes for compatible cutting and engraving systems.
Tube length and diameter, support positions, output power, power supply and cooling requirements all inform the specification. We review these together with the beam position and the space available inside the machine.
03 / ENGINEERED TO FIT
A mounting adapter provides a route between a suitable replacement source and the machine’s existing installation. The whole integration is considered alongside the physical fit.
A custom baseplate or mounting arrangement can retain existing fixing positions where practical. Space, clearances and access are assessed before the final design is agreed.
The source’s output position and the machine’s beam delivery are considered together, with the required alignment and optical checks included in the scope.
Electrical supply, laser-enable signals, power control and PWM compatibility are reviewed against the chosen source. Any required interface changes are identified in the proposal.
Cooling capacity, airflow, interlocks and fault response are reviewed for the conversion. The agreed work includes the necessary commissioning checks before handover.
On compatible modern equipment, we can handle serial communication between the replacement laser source and the machine’s existing proprietary control software. This allows the software to recognise the correct laser source and rated wattage, and receive the supported operating-status information it needs.
We assess the machine’s communication protocol and the source’s available data as part of the conversion, then verify source identification, wattage and status reporting during commissioning.
The images show illustrative product concepts. Final source, mounting dimensions and connections are specified for the individual machine. Specification subject to change without prior notice.
FROM ENQUIRY TO INSTALLATION
Tell us the machine make and model, the laser source model and its rated power. Clear photographs of accessible identification labels are helpful.
We review the source, available space, mounting arrangement and the machine’s power, cooling and control requirements.
Agree the replacement, any adapter or interface work, installation requirements and quotation. All options are POA.
Complete the agreed installation, alignment and operating checks, then hand over the confirmed configuration and guidance.
We can review the laser source and control system together, with each part of the conversion clearly specified.
Explore controller upgradesNo. We assess compatible laser cutting and engraving systems from different manufacturers. The machine and source details determine which options are suitable.
Where practical, a custom adapter can connect a suitable replacement to existing fixing positions. Exact mounting positions, clearances and beam alignment must be established for the individual machine.
Yes. We discuss RF laser sources and glass CO₂ replacement tubes as separate options, specified around the existing machine. A change between source types requires a wider compatibility assessment.
POA — Price on application. The source, mounting work, interfaces and installation requirements determine the quotation.
